PhiT, LLC is a mobile and virtual Physical Therapy & Wellness practice owned and operated by Jaimee Mace, MSPT. Jaimee has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 1999, graduating from Arcadia University with her Masters degree. An expert in orthopedics, injury prevention, manual therapy and wellness, Jaimee is now bringing one on one treatment directly to you in the comfort of your home, office or gym.

Jaimee believes that every individual is different and unique. She takes time to fully assess each person and then develops a plan that is tailored specifically to that person’s needs while keeping in mind the goals they want to achieve.

Services provided include, but are not limited to the following: in-home strength and mobility training for all ages, ergonomic and postural consultations, telehealth, sports foundation training, running assessments and public speaking engagements.
